Privacy policy
Fantasy FGC is not an advertising product. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it to profile you for ads, sponsors, or anyone else’s marketing. The only reason we store account details is to run the leagues you join.
Promise
What we will not do
If you sign up, join a waitlist, or play in a league, that information stays inside Fantasy FGC for the purpose of operating the site. We will not:
- Sell, rent, or trade your email, name, or league activity to third parties.
- Use your data to build advertising audiences or retarget you around the web.
- Share your roster, league membership, or contact details with sponsors, data brokers, or unrelated apps.
- Read your private leagues for marketing research.
Operations
What we keep, and why
A fantasy league cannot run with zero records. We store the minimum needed to create your account, let you join a room, send transactional email, and score rosters:
- Email address and username, so you can sign in and receive confirmation, password reset, invite, and event notices you already expect from the product.
- Team name, league membership, and commissioner settings, so your room can play together.
- Roster picks and scores for events your league added.
- Waitlist email, if you requested access before registration opened.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, phone numbers, or government IDs. Tournament player data shown in the app comes from Start.gg public event information, not from scraping your personal life off the internet.
Providers
Who can see it
Other members of a league you join can see the team name and roster information that league needs in order to play. Site operators can access account records to keep the service running, fix issues, and honor deletion or access requests.
Infrastructure vendors that host Fantasy FGC (for example email delivery and cloud hosting) may process that same operational data solely to provide those services to us. They do not get a license to use it for their own advertising.
Control
Your account
You may update your email and password from account settings. If you want your account or waitlist entry removed, email admin@fantasy-fgc.com and we will delete the records we hold for that address, except where we must keep a minimal log to secure the service or comply with law.
Updates
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page. Continued use of Fantasy FGC after an update means you have read the revised terms. This mock policy is provided for the product launch and should be reviewed before you treat it as binding legal advice.
